The three messages worth sending

A specification is wrong. Include the page address on this site and a link to the official notice, instruction sheet or portal page that states the correct figure. A source makes the correction a five-minute job; without one it becomes an argument.

A portal is missing. Send the recruitment body's own notice or upload instructions. We only publish sizes we can cite — the sourcing rule is explained on the About page — so an official link is the difference between a new page and a polite decline.

A tool misbehaved. Tell us the device, the browser, the approximate file size and what the badge said. Because processing happens on your device, we cannot see what happened, so those details are all we have to work with.

What we cannot help with

We cannot check whether your application was accepted, retrieve a registration number, or intervene with any commission, board or department. FileKB is not connected to any government body and has no access to any portal; the terms of use state that independence formally.

Grievance route

For data-protection concerns under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the grievance officer is the correct first contact: Manish Kumar, hello@filekb.com. Requests are resolved within 90 days as the DPDP Rules, 2025 require; if you are not satisfied you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India. Security reports

Found a security weakness? Report it privately to hello@filekb.com — see /security/ and /.well-known/security.txt. We acknowledge within 5 working days and do not pursue good-faith researchers.

Response time

One person reads this inbox, so a reply may take a few days. Corrections with a working official link are prioritised over everything else.
