Use of the site

FileKB is offered free of charge for lawful use. You may use the tools for personal or commercial work and you do not need permission to process your own files. You must not attempt to alter another person's identity document, produce a forged signature, or use the tools to prepare material that misrepresents a fact to an authority.

No relationship with any authority

This site is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the Staff Selection Commission, the Union Public Service Commission, the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, the State Bank of India, the Railway Recruitment Boards, the National Testing Agency, the Unique Identification Authority of India, any ministry, or any other body whose published rules are quoted here. Names are used only to identify the source of a specification.

Accuracy and your own verification

Specifications are quoted from official documents with a link and the date they were read. Notices change, and a portal's uploader may enforce something the notice does not state. Before you submit an application, read the current instructions on the portal you are applying to. Where our page reports a conflict between two official documents, treat that as a signal to check rather than as a resolved answer.

No warranty

The tools are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. Image and PDF processing depends on your browser and device, and results may vary between them. Nothing here guarantees that a file produced by these tools will be accepted by any portal.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site, including a rejected application, a missed deadline, or a corrupted file. Because your files are never transmitted, you retain the only copies, and keeping your originals safe is your responsibility.

Advertising

The site may display advertisements to cover hosting costs. Advertisements are not endorsements, and any transaction with an advertiser is between you and them. Advertising and measurement consent can be changed at any time through the footer control.

Intellectual property

The written explanations, guides and page structure on this site are the operator's work. Quotations from official documents remain the property of the issuing body. You may quote short passages with a link back; wholesale republication of the pages is not permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Nawada, Bihar having jurisdiction.
